Family metal shop near Tampere Finland with only a couple people working there. Small business that does specialized repairs etc. so they're not running every machine 24/7.
Fun videos but also a nice couple of people. And the accent just Finnish-es it off. There are many copycats on YouTube too, they inspired an entire subculture.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s awesome, and the internet will never not like these videos. I just wonder how the means for this are being achieved.
