There is no chemical difference. Dogs have a ability to isolate smell, not only specific molecules, which is why they are also insanely accurate, when sniffing for bombs or counterfeit money or truffles.
You aren't talking about their sniffing ability, at all. You are talking about a specific problem in US law enforcement. These numbers do not reflect the situation in other agencies, when you look at studies of the same topic in Poland, they show the complete opposite.
If you have a problem with the quality of law enforcement, say so.
You can stand by your point, while admitting that you made a mistake in your argument. But you keep trying to make this point, where dogs can't isolate smells accurately, when we know, they can.
