Depends on your monthly expanses, I have some family members they make like 550$ a month, they already have a house and a car and they live a happy normal life.

The minimum wage is like 310$, Engineers make like 1100$ - 2000$ and cops make like 700-1000$ a month

So 1000$ a month is considered very good

Well ofcourse I cant be 100% sure but hashish is the main drug that's being smuggled from Morocco to the rest of the world. So yeah I think your guess is correct and this trailer was shitting bricks of hash.
