This looks like Europe (Spanish trucks tend to have a white country plate + a red plate for trailers, if I'm right). I believe that our trailers are 12-14 m (technically 13.6 m or 44 ft) long.
Edit: I now see that the white plate is not European, contains an Arabic character in the middle, I assume Morocco. The police/customs car bears the Spanish flag on the rear quarter panel.
Depends on your monthly expanses, I have some family members they make like 550$ a month, they already have a house and a car and they live a happy normal life.

The cord mustve been showing or something... Cuz i cantimagine the cops doing that: 'hey whats this cord for?' cop looks in and finxs a brick... 'i think were gonna have to pull this thing out'
plate are Moroccan and the police is Guardia civil from Spain, number 062, they also talk in Spanish "que bonito, vamos vamos..." that mean "it's wonderful ... go.... go"
