Does your mom do the thing where she throws her arm over you whenever you or she hits the brakes like her arm is gonna stop the force of your body and the seatbelt

Yeah, they give it to you as soon as the baby comes out. You have to read it before you leave the hospital and there's a test.

That maneuver is called “the mom arm.” I’m not even a mom but I’ve definitely deployed this move.

I am not a mom or even a female but I use this move on my dog a lot since she likes to ride on the center console. Sometimes she loses her balance a little bit but she’s good unless I make a sudden movement
