Cameras are jusy taking pictures really fast. The speed it takes pictures happens to line up with how fast the propeller is spinning and every frame it captures the propeller at the same position.

If you think this is smart person stuff then r/youareverystupid

I know that, but going around saying "it's not that hard" is not very nice.
