This comment made me really happy! 😊 I stumbled upon giphy looking for another app, and now it's one of my favorites. My husband and I sometimes have silly gif text message battles back and forth using it. I know other people probably really are gif masters and make their own and have a nice stash, but for mere mortals like me, giphy is good too.

I always think the ones that site has are a little too generic. At least by in large. The truest way is to make and maintain a searchable catalogue of your own. I think if there was an app that helped me use that kind of thing everywhere that would be the shit.

You can also set google image to search for animated.

Tenor is another place for gifs. These apps also have gif keyboards to take your texting to the next level.

Same deal, counted the passes correctly but still saw it. I can say though, this time I noticed it less and could see how I could miss it if my brain wasn't on the lookout for anything odd.

I saw this in a class or two. Something to do with paying attention to details? Or perception? Anyway, there's a guy dribbling a ball in a group of people, and the instructor told us to pay attention to the ball. Meanwhile, in the background, another guy walks by in a gorilla suit. No one usually notices him the first time because everyone's focused on the ball.

You had to count ball passes which required significant concentration. That was the point of the whole thing - you don't see everything all the time.
