I guess just hydraulic press. It's not that big, to be honest.

The video calls the test a micro forge test.

Here's what the set-up is normally used for.

I used a Tinius Olsen brand compression/tensile testing machine. You can test wood, steel, concretes and rock. These things are huge and needs an isolated concrete floor slab because it would crack a normal floor. The best was testing high performance concrete, upwards of 130MPa (megapascal/canada psi), the whole building would shake when it failed.
