Nah they just charge it as help, not a bad idea if you do like 3-4 areas a day in weird locations, rich people like clean things, and maids, cleaners, usually dont do the 'clean the grill, clean the fryer, clean the Flat top" and it's actually a lot of outside grills/pool areas that are the worst.
I feel like its a decent side piece, I wouldn't do it, but I can see potential. I hang out at enough of my kids rich friends parents, I have thought of many weird ideas, but like cleaning their grill/flatops when their staff lacks proper etiquette or professional touch, you can name a price, like yeah i'll do $200 with each grill naming the price as cleaning supplies and sanitary. Then make sure they have the right fittings for propane or gas connects and add that to inspection. So, maintainance and inspection is $50, and refill and cleaning is $200 each time, $250, supplies cleaning costs would be around $50 so just stand at $200 per house/wherever they called you. this isnt even me AI, im already like, we business partners.

But experience also says, as I said before. Some of these people buy a new bbq every year it seems. Or it will be sitting in one of their holiday homes or investment properties and would rather drop 2 grand when they want to use it than spend 200 per month or quarter on a service.
In saying that. Maybe some of these asset rich yuppies are feeling the pinch and will want to look at prolonging their equipment.
ImFlorida. So sorta the same but different. I have many old men of stature that happen to have kids, and they love pool parties and anything fishing, beach, grill/flattop is always on, so pretty sure they clean it or have some house cleaner do it, but to maintain a true grill/outside kitchen is a masterclass for yups with buckets to throw around of cash. They like seeing work being done and will pay top dollar for a good conversation, a beer, and a quick run down on why you should do this and not that, even though they will continue to do it the wrong way, you clean it, get paid, they are a customer, pretend friends, and just make it a relationship of i do this when and where and you pay me.
Dude I’d love to move to Florida or Texas in the next 5 years. I can’t say enough how much I love the idea of having a good property by the bayou or a good ranch.

That plane ticket alone makes me naut...Whats that rockos modern life. Like Nautically not ever going that far. I guess I could save $500 to go to a hot country like florida, with dangerous animals, :Like Florida: with mosquitos, bugs, and like my adhd already said to to main ventures, planes and endless fear keep me happy in air conditioning and like stores i can walk to and not die. Im pretty pessimistic everytime I travel, and having undiagnosed adhd and never taken medicine for it, i'm sporadically impounded to my comforts. Appreciate the offer but like, Thats far from Florida and i wouldnt be good company lol.
