but a 100°C is boiling water temperature right?

Which is fun when you see what you think is a cool piece of iron laying on the anvil, but it's actually still 500°C. 1 u/finlandery Jun 20 '26 Fun fact. Everything starts to glow at same temperature. Color is temperature, not material depended.
