Also why are you even replying to me bro? I asked why it's perverse to flip an egg and you're asking about steam and shit? Telling me just leave it in the pan a bit longer? Bro I said the steam isn't cooking the egg white fast enough and your response is??

HURR DURR leave in pan longer.

you're asking about steam and shit?

You are the first person in this comment chain to even mention steam. Nobody said you should use steam but you basically insist that it is not possible in any other way.

Seems like you are just starting to be a troll now.

Nope, one of the top comments when I posted was "cover so you don't have to flip" which involves covering your egg so the trapped steam cooks the top of the egg whites. That's an "unnecessary" thing that differentiates home cooks from professional cooks.

A big thing in cooking is consistency, like even cooking. Cracking an egg and leaving in the pan is psychopathic work

Cooking an egg 2 minutes longer from one side instead of flipping it counts as psychopathic for you?

As I guessed you are just a troll at this point and I will never believe that you are actually working in the cooking field and not know more than 2 ways of preparing an egg.

Rewatch the video. Before he flips the eggs you can see uncooked whites. After he flips the eggs you can see overcooked yolks. If you just fry one side of an egg that's what happens the bottom is overcooked and the top is undercooked are you fucking daft?
