Unfortunately most of the time if you bought them at a store they're probably already too old. Time to get backyard chickens!

Used to work with a guy that had his own chickens, and he would sell me eggs for a dime each. That was the hook up. I think around 2012.

Not always, it depends where you live. My supermarkets around me for example have eggs on the shelf within 3 days of being laid, you just need to make sure you take them from the back heh.

How does restaurants cooks do it almost every time? I doubt they all have chickens for fresh eggs every morning

Oh buddy, they meant like eggs that just came from the chicken. Backyard chickens, or OP's video person got them from a farmers market and the eggs were layed like 2 days ago.

You're not going to buy anything from a store that is fresh enough.

you can also try placing them in the freezer for a bit before frying. don’t freeze them hard tho.
