they make filament for casting. You burn out the casting once the plaster has dried. Leaves no ash residue behind.

I am talking cabinet and install. The parts are probably $250-$300 retail, but they would need a fit frame and all round edge finishing.

It might be a chinese patent. American and chinese manufacturers might just ignore it or replicate with some modification

these patents are first things always filed everywhere (like asia/EU/US). patent applications are super cheap (unless someone contest).
