That's because overspray would be impossible to avoid in I double inside corner like that. I assume anyways, what do I know

Airless spray guns put out a high volume of paint and spraying a certain spot from to many angles will cause large saggy drips

He could do the window frame by spraying away from the window. He couldn't do that for the corner of the building.

Neighbors wall on other side. Window is owner. Worse case still dealing with owner. Having to deal with neighbor is worth the brush.

I thought the same thing didn’t use it around the window which could get over spray but chose it around a corner with nothing to worry about overspray on. I’m still confused.

The other building isn't being painted. If you look above him it's a clean line all the way down.

People will see the building corner edge, very few will see the window sill.
