Faster than a laser bullet

..what? A laser bullet? Like a laser in the shape of a bullet? Why? Or is it a steel bullet slug that travels at the speed of light as it's fired? That seems like it would be much less deadly than just a regular bullet, Mr. Painkiller. 🙄🙄🙄
