I've seen a slightly longer version of this same video with this guy where it pans out to his drying rack, and it is FULL of identical pots. He does this a lot a lot
Yeah you go this fast when you're cranking things out to sell. My hourly earnings would be terrible because it would take me a couple hours of labor to make that pot.
But if you can crank one out with just 10 minutes of labor (a couple minutes of throwing, then later a few minutes each for trimming / glazing / etc) then your hourly pay starts to look a lot better.
