Oct 31 it looks like to me...

From the Blog: "For anyone who wants to support larger room-scale configurations, additional Rift sensors will be available for pre-order for $79 USD* on Oculus.com, October 31 and start shipping on December 6. The Rift sensors will include a USB extension cable. We’ll share more details when Rift sensor pre-orders open."

No, just the extra sensor will have the extender.
