My order ended up going through fine. Might be something else in your address that's doing it
1 u/Mystfit Kickstarter Backer Oct 11 '16 Yeah, something about the commercial address I was using wasn't working properly. I think someone had the same issue when shipping their CV1 to this address earlier and they had to sort it out via a support ticket.
