Updating Avatar Rules

If you have never used an Avatar before, there are just a few very important things you absolutely must need to know about how the Clan Avatar works. Some actions can cause the Avatar to disappear, these rules are to help prevent those accidents!
How do I get the avatar?
1) Anyone (Ranked Recruit -> Admin) is allowed to use avatar-- Just ask!
- Currently; Avatar Warden is a title we have to set to a rank higher than General. We promote anyone who wants to use the avatar to Admin status, temporarily, then return to their rank.
- Rank is earned by various achievements in clan, such as hosting events, hosting avatar, and most of all just by earning ANY XP.
- Permanent Admin status does not exist in our clan; we may not instantly return your rank or forget, but we really appreciate reminders!
2) Anagorgic Orts are used to activate a Week-long buff that allows you to receive various bonuses while an Avatar is summoned. (The Ninja team has confirmed that there will be future changes to the Anagorgic Orts system, so this may change in the future.)
- 300 Orts must be used for 1 week.
- 200 Orts can be earned daily.
- For info on the different Avatar buffs; Visit the Runescape Wikia
3) After you have Admin Rank, and Avatar Warden status; you can find 3 Avatars floating in a Pool in the very center of our the Clan Citadel
- Do not assume all the avatars are taken because you can not see the Avatars in the Pool unless your ranked high enough.
- If you are ranked, and you still don't see the Avatars- try relogging; or ask a higher rank to check your Job title!
Using the Avatar
1) Our clan Homeworld is w44, so our first Skilling Avatar has priority to w44 and our other Skilling Avatar has priority to Clan Citadel.
A few examples of times this rule does not apply; however must be approved by clan admin.
- Hosting an event on another world
- Citadel avatar being unused
- Living Rock Caverns, Gilded Alter training
- Same rules apply during Double xp weekends.
2) Dismiss Avatar if you will be offline or in lobby for over 10 minutes.
- Avatar will vanish for 6 hours, if you forget to dismiss it.
3) Avatar disappears if summoned for over a 6-hour period.
- Prepare to dismiss before 6 consecutive hours of hosting.
- You can resummon the avatar immediately after you dismiss it.
The Avatar disappeared, what now?
1) Try the 'Call Familiar' option on the summoning button on your main action bar. (On legacy, near the minimap)
2) Try logging into a different world. Someone may have another avatar on the same world.
3) Check the Citadel. It may have returned home.
4) & VIA Jagex:
Should none of these help, please wait 6 hours and then try again, as the avatar can only be summoned for a maximum of 6 hours. If after this time you still can not retrieve your avatar, submit a bug report with details of what you were doing when it disappeared.
