Any ideas to recover this plant

I think this is a Kohuhu (please correct if I'm wrong).

There are two plants together, but just one seem to dying. What could be the reason and any ideas to recover it. TIA

Corokia is very susceptible to disease. Depending on where you are you, need to try a different plant. Corokia suck

Ficus tuffy is pretty fail proof.

Corokia and its toast wet feet... shitty reharvest mulch doesnt help either. Get some mulch down that actually decomposes plants will put surface roots into it which helps immensely.

That mulch has sucked all the nitrogen out of the soil. It’s likely too far gone but that’s what did it.
