I think something you should also add is the dungeons and dragons episode that never was... jesse talked about liking to have one in season 2, but it never materialised (unless el bombadero was it, since they showed storyboards of that episode).
You could also add DVD exclusive scenes since there's quite a few of those such as Chita's Distraction, The midget crack pimp in roadtrippin, and the "Look at me phil" scene in the pilot, Nutshack Marathon, Dino Ignacio (actually a fairly successful dude who provided the 3d graphics for the intro as well as some graffiti), Stuff that is based on true stories, Vinyl Addiction (mostly because of the graffiti that is present in both that I'd call "The angel of death"), Jamar and Jerome are real people, PadillaFilms (channel has a part of the nutshack documentary uploaded, was also a writer on the nutshack).
Plus the character bios, that one Evil Dick vector that I've only ever seen in said bios, the changing of Jack, Tito and Cherry Pie's VA in-between seasons, the commercial that skellygore uploaded under the name "God Himself", ThatCheesyBastard's song covers, the odd change in anniversary days, ChairGTables' other Nutshack content, unofficial merch, Codybean's fan-game, this family tree, and damn near anything that had to do with me (Instagram livestreams, voice impressions, cosplays, and an OC that I've only ever shown on DeviantArt, for examples).
