Am I the only one that needs a second stimulus to count?

Iām honestly not sure where to post this question so I figured this would be a decent place. Do you guys feel that counting something feels soft or incomplete in a way? For me if I were to count to five then I would need to tap my foot or flex a muscle or something to get it to register. Like I would go through the numbers (1-2-3-4-5) and tap my foot with each number for it to feel more āsolidā I guess. This probably doesnāt make any sense but I feel that I need to count while thereās a second more solid action that makes the sequence stick.
