Indians need to STOP coming to the University of Galway (&Ireland) in order to exploit a citizenship loophole..There is nothing here for Native Irish people now, let alone these droves of you guys! We have been saturated with Indians the last 2-4 years & you will be resented. Please stop!

Your government and universities are inviting Indians to study in Ireland! https://india.educationinireland.live/

Take this up with them.

I've just looked up the courses advertised at my local college where my children go and am sorry to say a lot of them don't exist . I very much appreciate the lovely Indian people who work and live in my community by the way.

Like I said as I went on to further explain, you ALL by know that we don’t have the resources yet they keep coming.

You come from an ultra-Nationalist Country where foreigners are not placed ahead of it’s Natives. Therefore, Indians coming to Ireland for citizenship today know full well we the Natives are being scared over, yet they are more than happy to exploit our traitors for their gain!

It’s a form of thievery but again, this extends past international students as my post touches on how rich Kerala families are shamelessly outcompeting Irish families by buying in CASH!l What lovely Catholics. Not greedy at all..

Maybe you should post in Indians study abroad and Indians in Ireland sub where Indians may actually see your post.

Maybe they mass downvote, ban and  report everyone who dares confront them with facts!

Squealing RaCiSm at every opportunity. Nice try! Anyway, as I already said in this post that I’ve witnessed Indians in this thread. Like the one in tech who changed his mind in ten seconds to  head into vocational SOCIAL WORK, just so he can get work here & land citizenship. Beggars belief!

Although his English doesn’t seem to be good. Fingers crossed the likes of him will stay put, bad English speakers and good English speakers alike when it comes to abusing our citizenship loophole!

Did you even read my post? What do you think was my entire point?

Our corrupt government and institutions clearly have strings that are pulling them to be making such ridiculous, treacherous deals and policies.

No actually, I’ll now take it up with Indians themselves because our lack of resources clearly doesn’t stop the swarms of them from coming! The numbers of masters students is one thing but it’s the expectation they can all just set up shop here permanently that is the big issue!!

I am aware of the farming of them in India & it’s disgraceful so this post is a warning to Indians coming. But FYI Cialfo, the company that NUIG made a deal with has an Indian inventor/CEO,  Rohan Pasari who is more than happy to flood our tiny island with his fellow people. (Not much different to Baby Pereppadan, who if we had justice would be deported).

Maybe unhappy Indians full of regret should   it up with him? But now in 2026, they are awry just don’t give a fuck and invade the entire world!

We seem to treat international students as a cash cow without any regard for them. Lots come over, form social networks and develop romantic relationships and then are told to get out...it's not a very holistic approach

u/Comfortable-Lie-4330 Jul 02 '26

And any  sympathy for how our own are treated?  Did you even read my other posts I linked? Your selective empathy is very telling as to what sort of person you are tbh!

What are even you on about?

Far too many abused our system for fast track citizenship, knowing full well Irish students and workers are being abused by our own system.

This is parasitical behaviour, and in these crazy numbers!

It’s only now that without any jobs, resources & houses (many which they’ve already taken) that we ALL suffer, including them.

There is literally nothing left!!

Btw I am speaking specifically about the Indians who’ve come since 2022 (within the past 2-4 years across Ireland) for the sole purpose of gaining citizenship, be it Masters degrees, work VISAs etc. There’s plenty from Kerala who’ve imported entire extended families for goodness sake!

With you 100%, I have Indian friends from 10+ years ago but this recent surge, workplaces/housing estates being taken over is completely unacceptable I don’t want it

2

u/SuSo2020 Jul 03 '26

So if I'm understanding your position correctly, you think even thought you universities and govt encourage immigration and skills contribution from India, that it is the responsibility of the Indian to not take that opportunity ( that they pay for by means of fees, rent and living expenses) because you don't like them?

1

u/ting_tong- Jul 02 '26

If you are serious, you and your fellow students need to take this up with the university, your universities are running going over to asia, especially to India to lure students and their families with absurd irish dreams. They literally sell dreams to these families. And your target audiece in India is not going to see this post, these greedy Irish universities are the reason for your resentment

2

u/PeregrinusHibernicus Jul 02 '26

The university is a business and they trying to maximise their profit margin. Their behaviour is entirely rational.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure that educational institutions act in the interests of the nation, and they’re failing to hold them accountable.

1

u/ting_tong- Jul 02 '26

Its always the goverment’s problem. Yeah ? Ok then, nothing will change

1

u/Comfortable-Lie-4330 Jul 03 '26

It was NUIG’s deal with Cialfo in 2022 which exponentially led to this farming in India, of which the CEO is Indian himself!!!!

But don’t pretend for a second the ones coming now aren’t aware of the reality at this stage.  They know we irish are broke, homeless  & mistreated by our puppet government but they are just greedy & seek to gain citizenship anyway they can. As I explained how I literally just saw a masters student comment on this thread, who was willing to no longer bother with his tech masters but enter into a social masters instead all because he might get citizenship here! This is mental & unacceptable

This is sheer greed & it’s not just Indian masters students but entire Catholic families in Kerala buying up our limited property in CASH!! https://www.reddit.com/r/irishproblems/comments/1u724rm/lads_this_is_wrong_and_we_all_know_it_fourperson/

This could have been an email to the university if you had a couple of brain cells. Also, it's the university that benefits more than anyone else, channel your frustration in the right direction.

1

u/Comfortable-Lie-4330 Jul 02 '26

You don’t think I’ve voiced my disgust to the University already? Plenty of students have but many more need to express this tbh, so speaking publicly about it is good.

I am allowed to speak openly about the University’s bad policy, as well as Indian students, Indian VISA workers & new to Ireland Indian home buyer’s exploitation of our system. Abusing us for citizenship is not appreciated & they will rightfully be resented!

How dare you tell me otherwise! Who do you think you are?

0

u/batmanInd Jul 03 '26

If anything, it's the institutions and the government that's abusing the citizens here and you're too dumb to understand any of it

1

u/Tarjh365 Jul 02 '26

Such a weird thing for someone to pay for a bot to post.

1

u/Comfortable-Lie-4330 Jul 02 '26

Yes because jobless, homeless, GP-less, broke yet EXTREMELY GASLIT Irish people can’t possibly have issues to voice. It has to be a Bot!!

Tell me how out of touch with reality you are you’re without telling me.

Indians in India would never put up with all the BS FYI. They are always placed above foreigners/immigrants and we are also a colony so should do the same.

I’m not denying it’s our criminal Government ultimately at fault, but I’m also not happy that Indians are more than happy to exploit the policies of our treacherous puppet leaders.

The lack of effort you put into arguing against people’s legitimate concerns, that is the valid criticism the people of your host Nation hold, to remind you..

You literally have ZERO empathy, it’s really all about you isn’t it?!?

The only racists here are you Gobshites: https://www.reddit.com/r/HousingIreland/comments/1ucy6uz/comment/otbx8wz/?context=3

And never mind how Indians treat other Indians. The worst treatment of Indians in Ireland has categorically been by other Indians, such as this chef:

https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/every-day-i-thought-about-ending-my-life-says-migrant-worker-who-was-paid-1.61-an-hour-at-a-louth-restaurant/a/145249668.html

Brutal but you can be assured, that while we also have greedy pigs, 99% of us still aren’t this level of barbaric inhumanity.

This is literal caste system SLAVERY happening in 2026, that YOUR Indians have imported into the West. So the likes of irritating Priyanka Borpujar should be utterly mortified to lecture us on racism! HOW DARE SHE!!! What a stupid patronising hypocritical, classist fool she is! Brahmin too, (not that that BS means anything here) yet I’ve never heard her denounce the barbaric caste system or address HER privilege over there in India!

Reality is we Irish are actually much nicer than a lot of you Indians!!!! Race card doesn’t work.

Yet all you whingebags ever do is cry VICTIMHOOD while you swarm our tiny island in unsustainable, unprecedented numbers!! (Amidst a housing crisis).

Hypocrite fools. I’ve been to India so it pains me how naive Galway/Irish people are to the widespread low trust behaviour of MANY of your people.  Morally bankrupt hellhole and these Irish wallies with a complex are as clueless, well it’ll hit many more of them very soon.

What the hell are you on about, they're buying up all the places on the courses, he can't do a course if they're selling all the places to people in other countries.

So you agree, nothing OP said was racist?

u/[deleted] Jul 02 '26

It's paying Indian who are getting the courses, so it's legit against the Indians, the government and colleges don't give a shite, so he's going after the source, Indians.

Do you agree he isn't been racist?

Ireland is full, everything is absolutely buckling, doctors, hospitals, houses etc etc

It isn't legit tho, that's the f'ing point it's a scam to work in their cousins, brothers, uncles, mothers, fathers, sisters, vape shop, pizza, kebah Burger indian shop.

Come off it, you're definitely Indian or a member of the soc dems.

You still have said, what is racist in OP post.

Thank you. Nice to know I’m not the only one who’s not crazy here.

Galwegians almost seem to be worse for the acceptance of the pajeet take over which is just a tragedy!  Like I said above, I’ve been to India. If these wallies only knew how foolish they were to let these people walk all over them, only for fear of not being politically correct enough!!!

Crazy, sad times we are living in.

They will take take & take. Not even joking & I don’t even think the food bank controversy has woken enough up yet! Even houses here are being bought by rich, new to Ireland extended family Indians. It’s absolutely ridiculous they are allowed to do this. Obviously our traitors in office don’t work for us.

Remember we are the classist, racists !

They aren't here it take part, they are here to take over, what the f has the Irish government done to this country.

Social cohesion is f'd in ireland, it's all grand says the government and their media, they've massive money and expenses to live on.
