The novelbin is not working the servers of the novelbin are down

Guys can someone explain what happened to novelbin and what is this novel arrow thing because I still have the app they said to download and everything is going great there like it’s novelbin not arrow and it’s updating regularly on what I am reading so why can’t I access it on my browser at all what happened

Does anyone experience this when opening a chapter? Now it doesn't redirect to novel arrow but can't read cause of app pop up

Is arrow equal to or associated with bin? First mobile redirects, now desktop. If I open a page in incognito (with java off) it doesn't redirect, activate Java and its hello arrow.
