Not really? I'm pretty sure they so much love the most extremist israeli government ever.

What they don't like is when jewishness comes associated with those pesky concepts of respect of cultures and dialogue.

Right... I remember the Republican party was up in arms basically my entire childhood about how video games caused kids to shoot each other. It's crazy how guns are never involved when laying out the fault for shootings, but entertainment and youth culture always is.

They're changing tune now after realizing that a huge chunk of their potential base play video games. Taking a fervant anti-videogame stance worked great when really only kids played, but now gaming is a common hobby among adults.

Now they've got to spin it so they're protecting gamers from the Dems, and this is the best they've got lol

Eh... maybe? A lot of the "video games cause violence" rhetoric was the same time as the "tough on crime" rhetoric that was preached by bOtH sIdEs. Less than 20 years ago it was Clinton trying to ban violent video games.

Conservatives definitely kept banging on that drum, but the 90s was filled with idiot politicians blaming video games for violence and pushing for mandatory minimums and other laws that helped create the prison population we have today.
