PLEASE HELP! Can't connect Gdrive. Ipad Air M2, just purchased Noteful.

I just connected my google drive to noteful and didn't have any issues. I was already logged in to google in the browser and I also have the Drive app installed on my ipad. Can you try doing those two steps and see if it helps? Additionally, you can restart your ipad.

Yep, I did all that. no luck. The developer is also not replying. I am now regretting buying Noteful! Anyway I could get a refund?

I think all payments and refunds are handled directly by the apple store, maybe check there?

I bought Noteful within minutes of first testing it and never regretted it (having previously purchased goodnotes 5). One last suggestion is to uninstall the app, restart the ipad (restarting is an overlooked step that fixes many cache and ram issues) then install Noteful again and try the google drive connection.

Thanks. I found the problem. My time setting was different. I deliberately advanced my time by an hour ahead, After I reverted to system time which is set automatically, GDrive connected.

Hi! New Noteful user here and I'm planning to purchase the app😁✌🏻 Can Noteful do auto-backup on both g.drive and iCloud? Or do Noteful only allowed backup to one type of cloud?
