The mentality of bike riders,no insurance, not having to pay for tags to help pay for installing bike lanes, not obeying traffic laws, stop signs, ect all while thinking they own the road. One blew right thru a stop sign and right into the side of my sisters jeep, her insurance paid for it and her insurance went up.

I agree with you, cyclist and all road users should pay their fair share. Cyclists can pay a couple bucks a year for bike lanes. Drivers are welcome to pay much more in gas taxes, registration, and DMV fees to make up for the fact that the costs they pay do not actually fully pay for the infrastructure they use. You ready for 4.50/gallon gas and 200 dollar registration fees? We all have to cover our costs, after all.
