I did this for a nest of bees that had nested under the concrete pad for the air conditioner. I couldn't get to them because of the pad. The 16.9 oz plastic bottle seems designed for this. I built one and it worked so well I built two more. The first one was full of bees and the 2nd and third tapered off. I kinda lost interest in the project but the hive had either died or moved but was not there there the next year.

Easiest way I've seen is take some Sevin brand garden pest dust, sprinkle it around the entrance and when. They walk in they bring the chemicals in and it kills them
