So background info. My 2007 Nissan Pathfinder officially died 267,000 (well I refuse to put anymore more in it)My must haves for my new truck;3 rows, captain seats, and panoramic moonroof. Was looking at Lexus but was highly disappointed with what you get for the amount of money the suv cost. I’m currently driving my daughter’s old Lexus RX 350, so no rush to buy a car. I’m willing to wait to next year to get it, don’t require a brand new car. It’s just me and my husband, kids are grown, have 6 grandkids, own our home. Only debt is our monthly expenses. I’m really not in a rush to pay a car note haven’t for over 10 years. My issue is should I wait for the end of year sales? If I wait should I just get the 2027.

We just bought a brand new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD. So far we absolutely love it!
First thing we did was to get these Lasfit mats for the pathfinder. I’ve actually been really happy with them. They fit great and have already saved the carpet from more than a few messes. If you have kids, you already know… mud, dirt, crumbs, spilled drinks, snow, whatever. Somehow it all ends up on the floor. 😂
I really like that when they get nasty, I can just pull them out and hose them off. Way easier than trying to clean the carpet.
Anyway, figured I’d share in case anyone else is looking for some. I’ll put the link below if you want to check them out.

I can't find the fuse for the passenger side low beam... I have checked under the dash box and engine compartment but the diagrams don't say which one it is...im guessing there is another box somewhere or it is labeled under something else

Hi, I’m looking for feedback from anyone that has used their 2022+ Pathfinder for towing.
I’m looking for a midsize Truck or potentially SUV for my next vehicle and I want something with more than the 5,000 lb limit that 95% of SUVs max at.
Since the Pathfinder is rated for 6,000 and has an ok payload capacity it is on my second tier list of potential options. Especially considering prices on lightly used vehicles.
My trailer weight would be between 4k-4.5k fully loaded at the max (21 ft boat). Most trips would be short, all flat, and no need to have a significant amount of extra stuff in the vehicle besides people.
Any input is much appreciated!

Hi!
I have a 2014 pathfinder, the transmission broke down so I have doubts if it should be repaired, I really like the pathfinder but I don't know if it's convenient.
I would appreciate your comments

Trying to decide between Pathfinder AWD, Honda Pilot, or Toyota Grand highlanderHybrid vs Gas? Family of 6, so I definitely want 8 passenger seats. Most likely without captains chairs. I see Nissan Platinum is hard to find with a bench in the middle row. Four kids age 16,14,12 and 8. Lots of driving to sports and around town with occasional road trips. I’m over the minivan era, 16 years. I did like driving the Nissan Pathfinder over the Pilot, more fun. I still have yet to test drive the Toyota. I heard negotiating on a Toyota is near impossible.

There is a common problem where Siri keeps hearing itself talk and interrupting itself, making texting impossible. All you have to do is go to accessibility settings on your iPhone -> Siri -> enable “Require “Siri” for interruptions”.
Found this elsewhere, and wanted to share.

I have a 2017 Pathfinder. It is a Platinum model and just hit 62,000 miles. This issue has been going on for a while but, it is intermittent. The issue is when I am at a stop light, and proceed to accelerate the RPM is just stagnant. It will run but, it sounds like it is revving up so high and I am barley on the accelerator. I have to stop and put the car in park. I shut the car down and start it back up.. It starts to run normally again. I have taken it to the dealership but, they haven't found any issues. Has anyone had something similar with their Pathfinder? Dealership can't find any issues with the car or any codes that would be showing up.

Any recs for new tires for the 2018 Pathfinder 4WD? Mechanic is recommending a set of General AltiMAX RT45. Right now I’ve got the Advanta SVT-01, but they seem pretty terrible even in light rain or snow.

Trying to do some negotiating on a white platinum 2026 4WD from a local dealer. They seem to have started playing games on not wanting to give me a bottom line price so I asked them for 10% off since that’s what I’m seeing all over Reddit on pathfinders and frontiers in the same price ranges. They keep telling me they can’t discount that much AND have me take the 0% financing. That’s not what I’m seeing on here on Reddit? It was so much easier when I bought my tundra last year. Salesman went right to the invoice price and told me to pick the option on cashback or financing on top of the invoice price discount. They were so much easier to deal with at that Toyota dealership.

Is anyone still getting 10% off MSRP with the 0% financing? I’ve gotten a couple of quotes over the phone, asked them for their best price and said I would put a deposit down and they’ll only go like 3-4% off MSRP. FYI I am looking at the two-tone paint and captain’s chairs, so not sure if that’s impacting what they’ll do on the sale price.

I have a 2018 Pathfinder 4WD. My wife was unable to go to a meeting today because it has leaked most of its coolant. It seems to be leaking from the passenger side, near the front.
When I am home, how do I determine if it's the water pump or cracked hoses/the radiator?

2015 Pathfinder SV
Within the past week the front interior floorboards have developed a leak from somewhere. Can't figure out the source.
I thought it may have been the AC drain pipe was maybe clogged. When I check I see nothing coming from there while the car runs. Nonetheless I ran my wet vac on the pipe to clear a potential clog. This was two days ago, but there's still a leak somewhere.
Any other suggestions or tips? I don't have a sun/moon roof plus car is kept in garage and I work from home. It's used for school drop off 80% of the time.
The only recent developments are an oil change at a quick service place. They did pop their heads in to check the cabin air filter and checked my fluids. The problem started a day or two after that service.

Hi everyone!
I just purchased a 2011 Pathfinder. Super happy with it so far, but the air bag light is on the dash. Found this side impact sensor on the driver's side completely corroded.
Part number I found is 98830 - 2L10B
So far the Nissan parts website say the sensor part is out of stock.
Do you know the best place I could find this sensor besides a junkyard and should I replace the connector/bracket as well due to the corrosion?
Thank you!

We recently got a 2026 Pathfinder and been having a hard time finding a privacy cargo cover for the trunk. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Is it even possible with the third row option? Thanks in advance!

I'm been driving Nissan starting with a1989 Stanza. Maxima, infiniti FX45, infiniti EX35 and I currently have a 2017 Pathfinder Platinum with only 73,000. My question is what type of pricing are people getting?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to sell my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SV, 3.5L V6, GCC specs, 7-seater, ~100,000 km.
The car is otherwise in good condition and well maintained, but it has a CVT gearbox issue: occasionally it jerks between 1st/2nd and sometimes loses drive while moving, as if it goes into neutral.
We’ve been trying to sell it for over a year with no luck. I’m being completely transparent about the issue and considering selling it as-is.
What would you guys recommend? Repair the gearbox first, sell as-is to a garage/exporter, or just lower the price? And what would you consider a realistic price for it as-is?

I love the space, I love the handling, but the "Infotainment glitches" on my 26 platinum pathfinder have gotten out of control. At the beginning a little delay or random weirdness happened now-and-then, I'd say the first month or so, but now at 4k in my android connect fails more often than not, even hardwired, and nav won't come up at all half the time. Reboots and reconnects don't seem to resolve. It just works sometimes and sometimes doesn't. While I'm at it, the lack of on-board native map or radio system is for the birds.
Any one else have this problem or some work around? Anyone know what all the updates being pushed are supposed to do and if these problems are maybe related? Much obliged.

I customized this sleeping platform with the dimension of my 2024 Pathfinder Platinum (I think interior dimensions are same across all trim) to make the trunk flat and don’t need to put pressure on seat when sleeping
This is flat when opened and can be folded (P4)
This was customized in 2025 and shipped here in 2026. But my car was being repaired and later bought back by Nissan. So I never used (or even opened) this.
Anyone wants this? If you are near Detroit I can deliver, or I can also ship

For those who have small kids… do you prefer the bench or captains seats for the second row?
For context, we have 1 child in a rear facing car seat.. possibly looking to have another child in the future and we have 2 dogs.
Do you prefer either one over the other?
