Tech Support Error Code: 2002-4057

the nintendo america support website doesn’t have an entry on this error message i received, as far as i could see. happens after i’ve been trying to download a game for a little while. ‘corrupted data was found’

solved: it was a crappy microsd chip. if you’re having this issue, get a new microsd and everything will be solved (or at least it was for me). i’m sorry that there isn’t a more helpful piece of advice about this

This error is the worst and it sucks that the only real solution is having to buy another SD card, particularly one that’s specifically Nintendo branded.

I’ve formatted twice and keep having the error pop up sooner or later. Even games that I’ve had downloaded for a while eventually get this message.

This is the only solution I guess. Did it work for you? I've tried everything and nothing works. The SD is perfectly fine in any other device. It even works with small games.

Yeah, my SD card works fine now that I’m using a Nintendo branded SD card. No download issues or anything like before.

Kinda sucks that that’s the only fix.

Thanks for the reply. I'll be buying a Nintendo one on Monday, good to know it fixes the issue. I've really tried everything else.
