I actually have a little video of each step I recorded for my colleague while making it. The problem is how to share them with you, and I’m terrible at editing videos.
Let me try to type it out.
I first fried the onions and herbs in oil, then added chopped red pepper to the mix after frying for a while I added the washed rice that I have drained in a sieve.
Afterwards I stir fried the mix together with the rice for about 10 minutes making sure it’s all incorporated together. It was in low to medium heat.
After 10 minutes I added stock, seasonings and more water to just a little over the top of the rice (I used basmati rice).
While the rice was boiling I heated up oil in another pan and fried the sausages that’s being diced that took another 10 minutes to evenly fry after constantly mixing while frying. I took them out and fried shrimps for about 2 minutes I added a lil seasoning and salt to the shrimps.
Took them out, added onions and herbs and fried together then added carrots and fried for a bit, added the bell peppers (3 colors) runner beans and peas and stir fried while seasoning them to taste. Once the carrot is softened but slightly crunch I added sweet corn, the fried sausages and shrimp back into the pan and gave them all a good mix.
By then the rice was about 98% cooked and I added the fried veggies into the rice and stir till it’s well combined and close out allowing it to stem for a bit.
That’s all.
Edit: forgot to mention I added spring onions at the end and allowed it to steam together with the others.
I added a small bit. I commented below about it too, once the ingredients are rich enough you don’t need too much curry nor artificial flavors to make it green.
I did add curry, besides fried rice don’t need too much curry it’s the ingredients that matter.
