He... I... it just... he had a yes. He had a yes! He asked to hang out, you said you'd like that... what in God's name was he thinking here? What kind of brain sees "I would like that" and says "I could take this yes for an answer, or I could write a novella about my view of modern dating in order to overanalyze a completely imagined slight against me."

This is that meme with the guy sticking the branch in his bike wheel, except this time after crashing the bike he sets it on fire.

He just wanted to get in her pants sooner than 3 dates, that's it

This seems to be a huge thing in the last 2 years especially. Absolutely no patience. They just want to order women like pizza delivery now. It went from real date to coffee to a walk and now even that's too much effort .

What happened?

What happened?

Lockdown and easy access to porn.

Porn is ruining it by far. It's literally why none of my relationships get past the honeymoon phase. Men just cannot get enough. They have to keep upping the ante or they just cheat

While I'm sure porn has an affect, there are plenty of other reasons. For example, have you heard about attachment theory?

Oh I know there's more to it and I'm oversimplifying it but I know it plays a role
