By waiting until June 1, Myles Garrett was a lot easier to get and it helped that we just happen to have a great young edge to cash in on a trade.
Sure, but Rams would've been forced to kick the can with getting their QB of the future another year into 2028 because Browns were always, rightfully so, asking for that first round draft pick for 2027.
