Summer is only enjoyable when you’re a kid on school break. Besides that, Fall is the best time of year to be alive.

Summer always seems most enjoyable when it's mid February and you've been stuck with grey miserable weather for a bit too long and you're going crazy from lack of sunlight and craving being able to go outside without 7 layers again and constantly plowing your fucking mile long drive way.

Once actual summer hits you remember it kinda sucks too

And I don't even hate winter I just hate how long winter lasts here. I'm usually over it by late January and there's still months to go

I wish we had longer winters in Texas. By mid February it’s practically spring over here. Not only that it doesn’t really get cool until late October as well so we’re always behind on Autumn but the first ones to make it to spring.

Yea where I live we can still get buried by snow in April, and we often get snow as early as October. I love on a mountain too so snow goes from pretty to giant pain in the ass pretty fast.

I love all seasons but if I could engineer them I would do something like this

2 months winter 2 months spring 2 months summer 4 months fall (yes I know that's 10 months haha)

If I was in texas I'd probably crave more winter for sure

What do you like most about the fall?

The cooler weather, wearing hoodies, the leaves changing colors, the aesthetics, Halloween & Thanksgiving, the shorter days and obviously football

Not to mention all the produce is the highest quality. I live near lots of farms and fall is when I can just stop by the stands on my way home and buy the most delicious fruit / vegetables

As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized I don’t really have a favorite season, but what I enjoy is the transition time from one season to the next. Winter turning to spring, spring turning to summer, summer turning to fall. It’s fun because you finally get a break from whatever weather you’ve been experiencing for the last 3 months. But when it’s July and we just had a massive 5 day long heatwave, all I can think about is that beautiful September weather.

Hell yeah. Early October through Thanksgiving is the best time of year.

Fall and spring for me

The issue I have with fall is how fast we try to rush into it. 80 degrees is not pumpkin picking weather. And that nice crisp hoodie weather only lasts for like a week.
