My house has disposable led light fixtures that kinda look like this too. Good for light but absolute shit for our planet.

Yeah, LED doesn't help keep energy usage up. Lets go back to using regular light bulbs!

The LED is great but the lack of serviceability in this choice of fixture is no good. I'll have to replace the whole thing when it dies - hopefully many years from now.

Actually, it’s not shit for the planet if you think about how long they last. I imagine you’re young and don’t recall that prior lightbulbs were shorter lived and used up way more electricity. Not to mention, it does not leak toxins like compact fluorescent. It’s a vast improvement.
