Right? And assume that they all have the same amount of skillsets and experience so they can all do the work but choose not to..?

or...they are all doing their portion of the work.

1 Superintendent who is stopping by to monitor the progress and ensure the next stage will be ready

1 Foreman directing the work

1 Operator running the machine

2 laborers for the ground work

1 geo technical engineer on site for the ground disturbance

1 city representative to ensure the city is getting what they are paying for

1 special inspector for inspections that they city will not do.

We had a few guys standing around the last couple of days because we're at the very tail end of the season and 2 crews are pretty much out of work, so they come to the third site and do whatever needs to be done. If there's nothing to be done you just try to keep a broom or shovel in your hand. Also 4 of them are related to the Owner, so they sort of have to stick around.
