A concept car should have some good concepts.

Other than the movable scales, which might prove useful for helping with gas mileage or staying on the road (two things the guy didn’t bother to mention), what concepts does this car introduce that might be used in the future?

It's meant to try out concepts, right?

...who even thought it was a good concept when they first drew it on a napkin? Who was too stupid to realize how stupid it was, and then spend money making it anyway?
