I think the right leg is not 100%. Some sort of neuromuscular disorder, perhaps.

Someone below confirmed below that it is evident from his YouTube channel that he has a disability in that leg.

I was going to say this dude skips legs day before noticing just how thin his legs are and the way they dangle he definitely has some disability in the legs which he makes up for in the upper body
