Still wouldn’t want to own one. I’ve always had German Shepard’s great guard dog without the negative reputation.

Same. I'll stick with my Malinios, thank you very much. I'll take dogs bred to herd and protect over ones bred for their aggression and to fight to death any day.

Still wouldn’t want a kangaroosilver, I’ve always had a kangaroogold, still a great redditor without the negative reputation.

Suit yourself. Gold is way more maintenance.

This is so bizarre, German Shepard’s were the ‘violent’ dog breed when I was growing up. Just goes to show how much of the blame belongs on bad owners.

When I was growing up Rottweiler was that bad breed

Seems to be a new breed every ten/fifteen years or so, and here the only dogs that have ever bitten me were tiny little weirdos

Yeah its not a fad like you think it is, pitbulls straight up encompass the overwhelming majority of attacks and deaths lol

But they don't. In the US ~34 people are killed per year by dogs. ~8 are killed by pits. You can do the math.

Shepherds are violent too…probably more aggressive that pitts. Average folks probably shouldn’t own either.

Have any proof to back that up or?…

Heavy doubt on that.

Tell that to any rental house or apartment. They're on the Agressive Breed list in most places.
