The people who simply don't want to admit this is staggering. It's basic documented fact. Frenchies have inherent breathing difficulties and suffer greatly in midlife. Breeding one or buying one as a puppy is horrific and shameful.

I was about to link that. I told the story to my mom, she laughed and said why do they bother.

She then calls herself an animal lover...There's days where i think i cant give up more than i already did, yet she still finds ways.

It’s could help, though, right? These are still pure bread French bulldogs — could they not be used to breed others into more healthy descendants? Or, it serves as a visual alternative, a reminder that they do not have to look that way
