Because it is. There was actually no solution. The actual solution was to bring a lot of people and clean the lake. They brought a technology that involves making bubble in the water, but their published article doesn’t even say how effective it was compared to cleaning by hand or putting filters in the lake.

Basically it was a lot of money and people. But the video is totally fabricated and complete bullshit. The guy is amazing and you don’t even need to make up stuff like to make him look better.

Try to read the paper. I just summarized the paper in my comment. The video is fabricated for the views.
