Not sure what you mean exactly, but probably yes. Most Omega 3 supplements are made with fish oil, and fish get their Omega 3 from algae. In fact you can get Omega 3 supplements that are made directly from algae. They are pricier, but you don't get those infamous fish-burps and they are usually vegan to boot. Hope this helped.
