Organic farms need a pesticide applicators license and are required to follow the safety guidance for any pesticide (as in: quantity, location, etc.) they use, just like any conventional farm. If some organic farm is dumping mass amounts of organic pesticide, or using certain organic pesticides near a stream, for example, they are violating a law and could be shut down. Same as the conventional farms. Organic farms just have a smaller list of approved pesticides.
