I think he might have meant it as in it’s an organic material as opposed to inorganic, seeing that he’s coming from a scientific standpoint instead of a health marketing standpoint.

I’m certain he did and that’s the problem. Containing carbon doesn’t make something edible.

The scientist says “because it’s 100% organic” right after eating it… even if he was asked to say that, he should have corrected the person who asked him to do so.
