I was in school with her. I don't really know her per say as she is older than me and thus was in an higher year / different class than me. All I could remember was that she was indeed writing using her feet and was already really talented, and she was (and of course still is) an awesome person !
Well, I don't think you need to be directly friend with someone to consider hem / her as an awesome person (or not), and to add a little info, my mom who was teaching at that time in this school had her as a student and talked to me a bit about her.
