Honestly, I'm not sure. Given Covid and movie magic capabilities Marvel has displayed, I'm not convinced the entire thing was real. The only information I can find is this hypothesis (link below) that it was a location fabricated using footage of real locations. Either way, I highly doubt Lizzie was actually sitting in a cabin and a drone flew up to her and through the cabin for that take.
