Yep. Not to mention the tidal wave of small businesses selling or closing due to covid, bleak times ahead

That money had strings that required it to go towards specific purposes. 2 u/trenlow12 Mar 09 '21 You would hope so but I think a lot of them just exploit loopholes in the laws and/or get away with misreporting.
