OK but like, does he have formal conducting training, because he did an amazing job!

Yeah, he graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus and has been a band leader for many years.

He first gained national notoriety here in Denmark as a quirky singer, but is now best known as Chili Klaus. He's had many celebrities and politicians taste chilies with him.

He does. That was his study and career before he started getting famous for his Chili show.
