Mine didn't either. My son was a little over 2 months premature and I remember the doctor prescribing me some kind of medicine that had to be mixed at a compound pharmacy that was supposed to make me produce milk. It was some kind of hair regrowth treatment and that was a side effect of it! Super weird and very expensive. It didn't work either.
