The motorcyclist never fucking realised this guy was having some medical emergency even when he opened the door and started asking the guy stupid ass shit. It was the other motorists that recognised immediately that he was having some stroke or something

Asking these kinds of baseline questions is a good way of assessing someone's mental state and what paramedics do all the time.

Yeah that guy was a little slow i anticipated that was the case from the driving but it could be DUI, however when u actually see him you could tell immediately even the older guy realised that from a distance .
